I am required to write a paper defining and describing two images that represent Northern and Southern Italy and explaining why these images are evocative of their respective geographical/cultural areas. Does anyone know of any iconic images that, when seen, instantly arouse thoughts of Northern and Southern Italy? I have done as much research as I possibly can, but I was unable to find a scene, monument, etc. that is universally understood to represent either part of Italy. Any insight is welcome.
Well, I think that Milan could represent Northern italy. blog.librimondadori.it/blogs/calv. For the Southern i suggest Sant'Agata of Catania. It's a party for a Saint in Sicile. I think could be Representative because southern people are, most of them, very religious and like loud party. www.viaggi-in-sicilia.it/wp-conte.
Racially there are no longer any transformations between all Italians, culturally there are various. Southern Italy is mediterranean and prompted via Greeks, Spanish, Arabs. Northern Italy is culturally comparable to France, Austria and Slovenia. Northern Italians are comparable to southern French. There are 8 areas of northern Italy, all and sundry diverse one yet another. Northern Italians are commonly speaking reserved and shy, properly-mannered, they are no longer loud and communicate with a mushy tone of voice. i'm a northern Italian, i recognize a great number of northern and southern Italians. i can enable you recognize there are heat, friendly, keen to enable you to northern Italians and chilly, unfriendly southern Italians and vice-versa. this is not genuine that us northerners are chilly together as southerners are the main suitable. There are stable and undesirable human beings the two components.
