Question:

This guy is soo sly what should i do?

I am going to cut a very long story short. The guy next door is married and he got my husband a job for the company he works for. Over a period of time he started to come over often and there were intentions between him in a to pursue an affair but i pulled back. I told my husband about what was happening and we decided to sort things out between him and i and what ever the guy next door decided to do by his marriage was up to him. Well the guy next door wife found my number in his phone so i told him this cant go on any more and he agreed. I apoligised to her as he asked me too but i did not relise he wanted me to do this to get back in her good books so him and i could continue. I told my husband about the contact that i was still haveing with him. Things started to get nasty at my husband work as my husband thought he could confind in one of his work collegues.

Answer:

Yes, this is normal. A bit of the metal rubs off the roller and they appear to be black, and perhaps some of the old rubber from a previous tire as well. When I use a plain old black tire it appears as a gray/silverish residue on the tire.
Since high index costs extra, I only recommend it for those who wear strong prescriptions. It makes the lenses thinner and lighter, which wouldn't matter much for those who wear weaker prescriptions because their lenses already are thinner. I always get high index when I get new glasses because I do wear a strong prescription.
Before you go to your city government offices,do some research. Find out how much it will cost. Then look at a little different idea. On the street by my job they put in a reverse bump. It was a serious dip. Serious enough that when a co worker came flying into work because she was late, she bottomed out and it caused her cars air bags to deploy and her rear window shattered. She was ok but it proved you cant go flying to fast. Cost her a very pretty penney to fix the car ! Get records on how many accidents happened. Get dates, and as much information to back up your claims. Get a petition going.Get as many signatures as possible.
