Thor Shield is a polyester fabric bonded to a conductive material that loops electricity from an energy weapon back to the sourceThe conductive layer completes the circuit without involving the body of the wearer- G2 Consulting claims that Thor Shield is 100 percent effective against all non-lethal energy weapons on the market todayThis includes Tasers, stun guns and cattle prodsThe fabric has been tested with stun products up to 900,000 voltsIt can be integrated into jackets or other apparel, body armor, caps and gloves- I suspect Thor is a Mylar based material with a metalized film that basically shorts out the energy weaponThe key is, however, to also insulate the body at the same time and I don't think foil on your Kevlar is going to do it, in fact it may even enhance the shock- As you can see the Thor material can be applied to gloves, helmets, jackets, and pantsJust wrapping your Kevlar leaves your legs and other vital areas open to attack- Since Thor is available only to law enforcement and military I guess you will have to ask your Chief, Sheriff, or unit commander to give you letter head to buy itOtherwise you are SOL.
