If your dog fur I not really thick just soo soo just give your dog a thin blanket to cover it dog will like things like that also keep him occupied to get heat from his body :) necause when we move or exercise our body will heaten up :) it's same to dog too
Cover him up, if he does not want to stay covered then he will get out from under them
I'd not put a coat ON him, but give him extra bedding so he can burrow into it The problem with coating dogs is unlike us, as you've said, they can't take layers off like we can Just see how he seems - and pray your heating comes on soon!! What kind of temperatures are we talking about though? Can you borrow an electric heater in the meantime? For you as much as for your dog!!

Whether or not you use fabric softener? Whether the fabric is just off the bolt or prewashed? All of these are variables that you're going to want to control to produce good answersThe more time you spend thinking about controlling all of the variables except the one(s) you want to test, the stronger your project will be.
