Im 13 in the 9th grade and im trying to loose some weight to show off my muscles?

till august 25th im on a no carb protein diet at breakfest i drink a protein shake only at lunch another protein shake only at dinner steak or chicken.will i loose weight will weight lifting like bench press and curls.what do you think

Hello I think yes maybe it is especially if your body is not used to that temperature I fell asleep on my sofa with the fire on when I woke I was boiling hot and had a stuffy nose and then it kept running hope I helped :)
maybe but to many protein shakes a day isnt healthy as it seems i would eat a yogurt and fruit or a bowl of kashi go lean for breakfast then at lunch eat egg whites and veggies then snack on a hard boiled egg or something and at dinner have grilled chicken with veggies and right before you lift drink a protein shake lift everyotherday cause your muscles need to rest cardio would help but you can gain muscle and burn the fat into muscle by a healthy diet and lifting
