Question:

Which are higher in fibre, fruit or vegetables?

I'm on a diet and I want to know which should I eat more of fruit or veg? thanks for any answers

Answer:

First boil a glass of waterwhen it is boiling put in a koolaid packthen dipp your hair in the hot waterThe longer you keep your hair in the water/kool-aid the brighter it will beI did mine with cherry and it came out candy apple red.it will come out after a few washings.
I've never heard of thatBut I'd imagine you'd mix the kool-aid with a little water and a thickener like baking soda or cornstartch.
I aint think you can do that! Your hair would have to be like a bleach a blonde for that to have a chance of workingIf you do find out how to make it work though.Let me knowGOOD LUCK! lol PEACE
Get the kool aid in a bowl (no sugar added) and add only enough water to make a thin paste and have someone add that to your hair like you would normal highlightsDon't add too much water or too little because I think it washes out when you wash your hair.
I had to speak to a dietician friend of mine for this oneI was told that hard vegetables are high in fibre, but there are also many fruits which are also high in fibreEat both.
