Where do I buy a tin/copper sheet for arts in Canada? Im also looking for a punch to work on the metal sheet with. I have tried Curry‘s and michaels but neither of them have it.

go to building supply companies. They also may sell you punches. Though for tools you may try search companies through the internet. Punches aren't that heavy that mailing becomes too expensive. don't know names for canada, but if you look in the yellow pages and call them up before you go, some will have copper sheet. I guess tin too, though I never bought that. Scrap yards sometimes also have various sheet metals. Depends on luck, check them out. They have a lot of cool stuff anyway.
