Answer:

The numbers TQ29 FP191 PH3593 are all different types of oil filters that you can use to replace the oil filter that is currently installed. Transmission Overfilled PTS means that the transmission is overfilled based on the pints quantity. even if it is just a couple of fluid ounces it will record overfilled. You really should have your transmission fluid replaced along with the filter. It will probably correct the rough shifting. You also need to get the oil leak fixed.
Hooray for you and previous owner! So proud of never having changed the tranny fluid! Are you guys living in fantasy-land? Did Daddy always take care of that for you?? Can you not check your own tranny fluid and see where the level is currently?? Obviously these brainiacs were too lazy to suck out a pint or whatever it needed removed. Most mechanics of any worth will have a suction pump for just such fluid removal. A turkey baster with a long hose stuck on the end will also serve the same purpose. Stop being lazy! How hard is this??
Take it back and ask for a scan to be performed in your presence. The scanner would probably erase the trouble codes if nothing is amiss. BTW, tranny fluid, like engine oil, gets dirty, loses it's ability to lubricate effectively and requires periodic drainage and fresh replacement. Ask them to give you a chart that shows suggested time or usage changes.
