triceps (exercises) workouts?

i need tips or best exercise tht will help me get ripped triceps fast or the best.i heard of down stepping as in do 3 sets of like 30 reps,after tht do one set of like 15 reps,what do u think about down stepping?

Tricep Exercises for mass: Close-Grip Bench Press, Skullcrushers, Cable Tricep Pushdowns. By the way, getting ripped is a matter of low bodyfat percentage. So don't use the term ripped to describe a muscle group. These 3 exercises plus a couple other variations will add mass to your triceps. Reduce bodyfat to be ripped. Eat right, train right.
chin ups, skull crushers and diamond push ups and i reccomend stepping it will work you harder
