Not a pad lock, the keyed kind. My husband got it from his parents who got it from someone else. The key is gone. He took out the whole lock (where you put the key in and it turns the other part to lock it) and hasn't tended to it yet (2 months later). Where do I get a replacement?
Possibly, take up questions with management at that location as it is different from place to place. If its soft it should be allowed.
