Dude wheel spacers are never safe. Basically you think about it. You are bolting on a piece of metal to the one part of the car that has to bare every ounce of the cars weight. If you need your wheels to stick further out do it the right way and the safe way and get wider axles that will fit your car. It is way more expensive, but its better than dying right. Think about it like this. If you are stand on a tree lim. The further you walk out on that lim the more its going to bend untill it finally breaks right. Same thing with wheel spacer. You are bolting up a piece of metal to your wheels studs that extend your hub. You are place unsafe strain on your original hub and wheel studs.
Make a hydraulic press. Extend the electricity wires and switch to outside the circle and press the button. It'll crush it flat. Or if you don't have the materials or money to make one, you can always use a vice or clamp. Those things have massive crushing power. Just extend the handle somehow so that it reaches outside the circle. Then grab the handle and walk around the perimeter of the circle. The clamp will slowly close and crush the can. Even simpler, take a 16 foot long beam (wood, steel, anything that won't break). Lay the beam on top of the can. Each end of the beam should be sticking out past the edges of the circle. Have a person sit or push down on each end of the beam. The can will magically disappear! Hope this helps. :-)
