Heh,I have been thinking lately, and I have decided towards working as a full time horse eventer. MY question is, is will I get enouh money to support myself? I mean, like if I do competions, will I get money. I know, its a werid question.
Never saw that. My guess is that it is so you can identify which detector is the one that detected the smoke. .
Palm trees are slender and pole like. They are also tall and usually isolated. This make them the highest and sharp objects in the area. This is why lightning strikes them more often. Other than that palm has no special attraction to lightning.
That the Universe is expanding and Galaxies are moving further away, shown by red shift (being shifted to the red end of the spectrum.)
