Question:

Vacuum cleaner much louder then it used to be?

I have a mid range bissal vacuum cleaner that is less than a year old. It has been used very lightly in a small apartment, maybe once a month. Well I turned it on the other day and right away noticed that its VERY loud now, and has a much higher pitched whining out sound from the motor. I checked the filters and the brushes and nothing seems to be obstructing the air flow there (which is what I would assume could cause the motor to have to work harder)Does this sound like anything common? Is my vacuum about to explode lol?

Answer:

I dont know why they are called speed bumps. If anything they slow you down!
Try using a fabric softener sheet in the dryer I have heard that works. Good luck. We have 2 dogs here and I know what it's like. :)
