You got to think which one cost less to run and can pickup anything you want. Hoover top of the line always works and last a very long time. The new bagless systems are good. If you can get one that you can clear the filters with water that's a plus. All vaccums clean good, and you don't have to go and spend a lot for a vaccum. Heavy duty Wet/Dry Vac is the best from water, saw dust and etc.., but even with wheels to pull it around not the right thing to use daily.
Most okorder /... It's been my experience that the more expensive vacuums don't last any longer than the cheap ones (about 2 years) so these are the ones I buy.
I just bought a Dyson DC07, and after using it one time, I was so amazed at what it pulled out of my carpet that my Eureka wasn't getting, even though it looked like it was getting just about everything. Dyson vacuums have a 5 year warranty. If it lasts for 5 years, paying $400 for the vacuum doesn't sound like much at all, considering that I've had to replace that Eureka 2 times in the last 5 years.
I agree with the others the Dyson's for the money seem to work the best I have had mine for 2 years and I would go through a vacuum two times a year before, I love it, it works amazingly at keeping dog and cat hair up and I'm always amazed at how much dust I pull up. I use mine almost every day, 3 cats and a dog with white carpet yikes! but it works very well. Hope this helps
I think I have had every vacuum made at one time or another, and absolutely nothing I've had has ever compared to my new Dyson The Ball. They have numerous models so just pick the one that's best for you particular situation. It is made so well that I do not expect to ever have to replace it. Mine has amazing suction, turns and swivels to get into every nook and cranny, lightweight with a nice long extension hose. I have three indoor dogs so I use this baby all the time. It still looks brand new and spotless. Not one ounce of dust ever sticks to it as it suck it all around it. A push of the button empties it so I never have any dusty hands. I love to use it, so that's a very first for me, I always hated dragging out the vacuum. This one is not like working at all, I never break a sweat. This is one item where you really get what you pay for, and will save you tons of money in the future as well as so much frustration!!!
