I don't have a hot water heater, the hot water comes directly from the furnace. The pressure from the cold side of the faucets is fine, but terrible from the hot side. This is all the faucets in the house. Help please? Thanks in advance.
Sounds like the Heat Exchanger is getting plugged up. They need cleaned once in awhile. It best if you can circulate chemical through the Heat Exchanger while cleaning instead of pouring it in and letting it set. Letting it set could plug it up. Any home improvement store will have chemical to use just tell them what your wanting to do. They might rent a chemical pump to use. How to circulate the chemical through the Heat Exchanger. Put the chemical in a large bucket put the pump in the bucket connect the discharge of the pump to the outlet side of the Heat Exchanger. Connect another line to the inlet side of the Heat Exchanger and put in the bucket secure it to the bucket so it won't flip out. Turn on the pump and circulate for the time that recommends on the chemical container. Connect up to water supply, connect a hose to the outlet side of Heat Exchanger flush to the drain for awhile to clear chemical connect water line back up and you should be good to go. Be safe and wear safety glasses and gloves as the chemical can burn you. Good Luck.
I'm guessing you have some sort of boiler system. Have you tried draining it out at all? Many times it can get clogged with sediment and other deposits that can clog up the system. The hot water may be under pressure so be very careful. If you don't know how to do it, call a professional or call a friend that can do it for you.
