VMware internet sharing?

I have a Windows Vista OS on my pc and Windows XP running on VMware Workstation.Now my problem is how do i let my internet connection in Vista (which is my main OS) shared with XP in VMware? I have a wireless connection (LinkSys, if you know it).Please tell me what to do step by step coz I tried searching the net and can't find any solution or if there is one, I coudn't understand.Please help me, thanks.

Not sure if which version of VMware workstation you are running, but the virtual network adapter (the VM XP one) needs to be configured as a bridge so it can share the physical network adapter if your host machine Since the VM will have a separate IP address, you may have to configure your LinkSys router (not sure of how locked down you have it) to allow it to access the wireless networkIf your config for your router is kinda out of the box, then just by bridging the VM adapter should work.
