My physical computer running windows vista 64bit is running a virtual machine using VmwareI bridged the virtual machine to the phsyical network and the virtual machine recieved an IP address etc from the physical networks DHCP serverHowever, this machine can't access the internet or any external resourcesAny ideas? Couple things to look at Did you also receive the DNS servers to use from DHCP? Can you ping your gateway/router via IP address? Can you ping something beyond your router? I also notice that some internet security suites will recognize vmware talking out the bridged interface, I know CA did, so they can block you now.
