I really can't do many floor push ups so i tend to do push ups against the wall and if i keep doing many wall push ups of course combined with other excersizes will i still see same results, even if i were doing floor push ups?
The wall push-ups are a little easier than floor push ups.
Floor Use your edge of the bed if you can't do much floor push up. At least you're halfway between wall & floor. That depends how far are you from the wall. But the answer is no.
start off with push ups on your knees, remember to mix it up, strong shoulders, biceps, forearms will really help you out
