I need to get a new stick, i've heard good things about both of them but im not sure which to get? I'm playing defense and if anyone has any blade pattern preferences id love to hear about that too.thanks
If you can afford the one90 it's a better stick. I however always recommend a two piece stick, the Easton Synergy Shaft and Blades are the best on the market. More durable with a very minimal change in performance, and a much better price- if one part breaks you replace it without having to buy a new stick for about twice of what one part would cost. blade pattern, if you're comfortable with what you have it's best to stick with it or something close to it.
i have a one90 and it is pretty good. i think the warrior is cheaper thow.the blade pattern is wat ever u want but for defence it is good for the tip of the stick to be squared not rounded. one of warriors curvs fedorov has a square tip
