Get a new one, but make sure you check out the ink prices because sometimes it is cheaper to buy a new printer every time and get the free ink that comes with itits sad i know but that's the way it is
Is it possible something is jammed in that corner, like a piece of paper? Printers are fairly cheap, rather than have someone fix it, i would just buy a new one. Check to see if you see anything that could be catching the paper.

After 4 years of use the rubber rollers are worn and uneven. At this point, your printer is worth nothing. My advice is to buy a new one.
Printers are so cheap now that it' s probably better to get a new one. I am unsure if they even fix that stuff anymore. They just dump it. Unless you know someone who is handy with that stuff I would say get a new one. They have so many of the multifunction (fax/copy/scan/print) devices now and they are quite inexpensive.
