Get a model of a small boat that is completely openAll that you need is the form of the boatActually, for your needs, a small loaf pan would do, something about 6 inches long, 4 inches wide, and at least 3 inches highPull off a good size length of aluminum foilCarefully put the foil into the form, and press it out to fill up the moldIf this is done carefully enough so that the foil does not tear, you'll have the boat that you needI would use at least 3 layers of aluminum.
