I favor the Capristo as well. The models they make for Ferrari are a couple thousand bucks, I don't imagine it would be any less expensive for the R8.
The best exhaust system for an Audi R8 is the Capristo exhaust system. They make systems for Ferrari, Lambo, Porsche, and pretty much every super car manufacturer out there. It even has a remote to open or close the bypass exhaust valve which allows you to control the kind of sound your car emits plus it adds horsepower. Prices will vary quiet extensivley, so I can't say exactly what price it is.
