My daughter is doing a Science project with resin. we did it last night but it is still like a thinner gel like. Can I make it harder or what can I add to it to make it harder?
Are you talking about your smoke alarm? You can hit the reset button. You probably need to either clean it out or change the battery in it.
You can make your own wallet. I've heard you can repair engine block cracks with duct tape and bubble gum. You can make any simple object out of duct tape it's durable. Duct tape is also good for halloween costumes. I made a mummy one year and used ductape reversed on each other to keep the wrap even and neatly spread out so no flesh or clothes were seen.
It depends. If there's any smoke (cooking, candle burning, etc) then it will keep going off. If it's a carbon monoxide detector, it doesn't need smoke to go off. Assuming it's a normal smoke detector and just randomly beeping, you can get a chair if needed and go up to it, usually you either press the reset button on the front or if you can't see it you can either rotate the alarm to open it, or sometimes you have to press in a tab/button on the side to open it. Inside you can either reset it or take out the battery and replace it.
