Weather-bugs: Can lightning strike through a skylight?

I've been real close to lightning a few times in recent years; once feeling it dance across my shoulders before it hit a tree across the street as I stood under a metal canopy at a school. Now I have my office in a room with two skylights, and my two desks are each directly underneath one. Should I be concerned about lightning coming through a skylight and either hitting me or my computer? How prevalent is it that someone indoors is injured by lightning?

Answer:

I have never heard of fireproof pjs. I don't see how they can be made to be fireproof unless they completely cover the kids face and all and have no holes
Only loose-fitting pajamas have to be fire-resistant. Snug-fitting pagamas don't have to be. No, pajamas can still burn, just not as fast. Most infaant sleepers are snug-fitting, so they don't have to bve fire resistant at all.
Put on a Playtex rubber glove it works better that a lint roller.
They are fire-resistant. Not fire-proof. Not sure about the yarn.
