10 days isn't a long time, but you could probably successfully drop some water weight by thendrink as much water as you can eat as little salt as you can - it makes you retain water and can give u a 'bloated' look sleep ALOT eat a couple small meals a day - NO sugar, mostly leafy greens and proteins, stay away from carbs all together if you can on someone of a normal weight, eating like that for 10 days would get you to shed any 'water weight' you might have, and maybe get u to drop a few pounds! not good to eat that way all the time tho.:)

God people ask this everyday on yahoo! Why do you people always wait till the last possible minute to decide to lose weight? I'm sorry but healthy weight loss is about 1-3 pounds a week, so if you try real hard you may lose a couple pounds, and you can't choose where you are going to lose it from, but most girls lose it from their breasts firstNext year if you want to get fit for the summer start thinking about it around Christmas time not 10 days before going to the beach!
