Question:

Were the robots in Transformers gay?

I noticed that I haven't seen a female transformers, which leads to two possibilities, they were gay or asexual.

Answer:

or could asexually reproduce. eh, eh
Hm. Never really thought about it
The Transformers franchise isn't without its female Transformers Ever since the first cartoon there have been female Transformers. An entire episode was dedicated to them in Season two of of the 80's cartoon. And the most famous female autobot is Arcee. The Decepticons also have females, too. And as for being gay I have yet to see a homosexual couple in Transformers outside of the Yaoi the fangirls like to make.
I'm gonna be a nerd for a minute here (something I do too often). There were female transformers. I'm not sure why none were in the first two movies, but if you watch the Generation 1 series or Beast Wars (the two series I saw of Transformers when I was in Elementary School), then you will see female transformers. But it's never discussed, in any series I know of, how transformers were created. I guess children who like to play with action figures don't give a crap about that stuff. Nerd time over.
Actually. If you watch Revenge of the Fallen again, one of the Motorcycle Autobots is actually a female. Or at least has the voice of a Female.
