Well, you need: architect electrician carpenter plumber surveyor painter floor installer, carpet, tile, stone, etc drywall installer/ finisher roofer Plus all of the inspections needed, state, city, county, any needed for insurance purposes. Depending on the style and your requests, there can be many, many other specialty contractors as well.
