i am in the middle of an art project at school and as part of my project i am making some trading cards like things for a presentation and i would like to package them like they were the real thingit is some kind of foil but not aluminum or tin foilto thinit is not shrinkwrapi think it is closer to being the type of stuff used to package potato chips and stuff but i do not know what it is called or where to find itgoogle did not really help either.

It falls to the able-bodied to assist in getting them outHaving been there, done that in a hotel fire, it wasn't an issue; plenty of folks were more than willing to help and did just thatOne guy did refuse help and scooted down the stairs unaided, shoving his wheelchair ahead of himselfPlacing faith in human nature really does work most of the time! Those who can help themselves will, and those who can't will be aided by those who can!
Hopefully any place that allows wheel chairs on the upper floors also has an emergency plan in effect to handle such a scenarioMost wheel chairs can be taken down stairs using at least two people to controlThere is also the two person 'fireman carry' that could be used.
Usually someone will help get the wheelchairs down the stairsIt is kind of a bumpy ride but not much of a problemGoing DOWN stairs is not much of a problemFailing that, a couple men can either carry the chair occupant or remove occupant from chair and carry them down seperatelyI can't argue it is a problem.
