You really have to consider where you live and workI'm not a big fan of condos - too much money for pools and doormen and other things that are worthless to meBut if you don't want any upkeep and would use the pool, then a condo might be best for you and your motherIf the chemo is just keeping her cancer at bay, the situation will get worse and limited mobility is easier to manage in a condo.
