Well first off, I doubt that you'd win in court for parking in front of a hydrant. The hydrant tops are painted in accordance to what GPM's(gallons per minute) they put out. Common sense tells one not to p;ark in front of a hydrant anyways~
do you have hub caps? if so did they tighten the hub cap lock? If so check to be sure the lug nuts are tight and to specs. I don't mean to sound anal but its a good idea to tighten the lug nuts to the right amount to avoid a wobble from them over tight
