what are some great smoothie or juice recipes to aide in the rejuvenation of your GI tract/reduce stress?
i think i'm going to use a food processor instead of a juicer because i want as much of 'the good stuff' as i can geti have stressed myself into some kind of GI problem and want to start fixing iti don't really have time to make and eat fresh veg, so i just want to puree them up with some fruit and drink it throughout the dayany recipes and advice would be awesomethanks!
