Maybe, but check it or have it checked for more serious problems -like a crack or fractureIf a fracture is the source of your air leak you should have the rim replaced or repaired(if you can get someone to weld it up).

it could have been driven till the bead came offtake it to a tire shop, there may be dirt between the the tire and rimhave you tried some soapy water and a rag? wipe all around the tire and rim and watch for bubbles, this will atleast tell you where its leaking.
first i would take the rim to a tire shop that can dunk the whole tire and rim together in a water tank, that way you will be sure its the rim and not the tire leaking, if it is the rim you can use a latex paint on the inside of the rim and it will seal up any porous leaks,

Do not have a tube installed unless of course, you want to dieTubeless tires are tubeless for a reason and tubes are NEVER an approved substitute for a real repairMost likely the leak is caused by the buildup of corrosion in the bead seat area of the rim which is extremely common, expecially with Chrysler chrome rims (the corrosion causes the chrome to flake off)Have the tire dismounted and the corrosion ground offAny tire shop will have done this about a zillion times.
