Answer:

I think that Betty crocker is the best and let them cool befor cutting spray a non stick spray in the pan befor cooking
One last thing, in addition to everyone else's advice, don't pull your knife through the brownies when you are cutting them into squaresThis will cause crumbling, as wellUse a very sharp knife, and kind of roll the blade of the knife down into the brownie very slowly, and clean it off every time you make a cutThat will stop the brownie crumbs from gathering on your knife as much.
You can buy the Betty Crocker brand at the Commissary for pretty cheapI always make a double batch but cook it in a single batch casserole dish (I hope that makes sense)Anyway when your brownies are done let the cool for at least an hour and cut them with a plastic knifeThis should stop your brownies from falling apartAlso if you live in a high altitude you need to adjust your ingredients accordingly.
The best brownie recipe I use all the time is: The Betty Crocker Dark Chocolate family size box of brownie mixMix up the recipe on the box but instead of using oil, I use melted butter (same amount)And I always add about a teaspoon of vanilla extract and a cup of chocolate chipsBake it in either and 8x8 or a 9x9 panDon't use the 9x13 cause the brownies get too thin and crumblyBake them on 350 for about 45 minutes to one hour and they are SO deliciousMy big secret is when you take them out of the oven, let them sit for about 5 minutes uncovered and then take a piece of foil and cover the panThis traps in the steam and makes them extra chewy and softLet them sit covered for an hour before you eat them and keep them covered so they don't dry out and crumbleWhen I bake these they disappear in about a day in my house.
It does not appear like you are getting enough fat for your health, to be honestsome fishes have healthy fats, otherwise I'm not seein fat sourcesYou need 40 grams of fat a dayyou're probably getting a decent amount of fiber, but could stand to add more overall caloriesyour workout will burn fat, but it won't put on much muscleA more comprehensive ab routine would be better than all those situps.
