Question:

What are some high fiber rich foods?

What are some high fiber rich foods? Also, what are some foods that will give you a bowel movement. Please, can they be tasty?

Answer:

Beans, letuce, apples, to name a fewI don't know what you mean by tasty, but if you mean highly processed foods, you're out of luckOh, and drink a LOT of water (not pop/soda/fizzy drinks or wine)
I would think that the bottom would be so thin that the bottoms of the cookies would burn before the tops cooked properlyAnd, if you use two pans (one inside the other), the resulting air gap between pans would prevent the bottom of the inner pan from heating properlySo, you'd have the opposite problem: the tops of the cookies would be done, but the bottoms undercookedMaybe you could try folding a long sheet of foil into, say, thirds, to where you can set the foil pan on top of that to have a better heat barrier, while still allowing enough heat to cook the bottoms of the cookies.
PssstYou're cookies don;t know your baking pan is uglyUnless the pan is rusty and craked, it will not do anything to the cookiesYou could use foil but next time you are at the store, get a box of parchment paper and use that as a linerMUCH better for bakingOr, if you want, you can use a brown paper shopping bagCut it into a flat rectangle to fit the bottom of your pan and you can put the dough right on thereIt won;t be in the oven long enough to burn and chef's use brown paper all the time to cook encroutte.
This Site Might Help YouRE: Can you bake cookies on aluminum foil? I have a cookie sheet that I don't want to place the cookies dough directly on, so, I was wondering if it would be ok if I covered it with aluminum foil before I baked the cookiesAlso, would it be ok if I baked the cookies on an aluminum covered pot/pan? I plan on buying a better cookies.
