I've played, gigged, taught, repaired and even built a few acoustics and electrics(from kits) over the last 25+ yearsIf you bought the guitar at a store, take it back and have their tech look at itHopefully, it came with some sort of warrantyIf you bought it used from someone, find a local store with an in-house tech(that way, you won't have to wait three weeks while it's sent out) and bring it inI don't want to say what the problem might be without actually looking at the guitar-Good Luck!
