What are some iron rich foods?

I have an iron deficiency in my blood and I need to find some good sources of iron. Any suggestions?

There are plenty of foods that have Iron such as: Red Meat Dark Leafy Greens such as Spinach and Collard Egg Yolks Dried Fruit Mollusks such as Oysters, Clams and Mussels Artichoke's beans and lentils Liver and poultry Giblets Your body actually will inhibit the absorption of Iron if you consume frequently or pair your foods with things like Red Wine, Tea, Whole Grains, Bran and Soy products. Some things that you can eat to help the absorption of iron are Fruits such as Oranges, Strawberries, Cantaloupe, etc. White Wine, red Meat and, many vegetables are helpful as well. But depending on your life style it may be just as easy to take a supplement but be sure to take any Iron tablets with food or your sure to upset your stomach/
