All sorts, Thailand is not a very large manufacturer of machinery. Probably the largest industry is cars and trucks. They also produce computer parts, such as hard discs and chips, and other electronics.
kubota tractors, M113 armored personnel carriers , black and decker tools, Aria International Inc Air ship to Thai Army
Back in December 2009 some guys from Kazakhstan imported an airplane and 35 tonnes of weapons (machine guns, RPGs, rocket launchers, SAM's, etc) from North Korea. Does that count as machinery?
Yes, Thailand isn't very big on producing machinery. Most of the machines used in Thailand are imported largely from China, Taiwan, India, the US and most of European countries including UK, Italy, France, and so on. Oh, forgetting Japan. Thailand imports huge number of machines from Japan as well. And yes, Thailand has becoming one of the big exporters of automobile.
lots of tractors, Caterpillar is big, Kubota - building equipment - not necessarily materials but llarge cranes etc - - probably many things for small industry as well
