is it a eve or hipped roof? that's kind of a big deal as you don't want to create a negative pressure situationsome times with hip roofs you can suck so much air out of the attic that the fans create a negative pressure in the living areasome times hip roofs don't have enough vents for really high speed fansit's just a little fan motor and should last a long timeif you have an eve roof, with lot's of attic insulation, i'd adjust it to 85 and let it ripturn fans off in wintermight want to take a peek and make sure the insulation isnt blowing aroundman, i'm in ft worth and suffering this heat tooman, my beautiful yard is just toasting!
