If the property manager will not respond, then I would call the police. They can talk to the manager and tell her to turn it off. Or try the fire departmentjust tell them the fire alarm in the apartment next door is going offthey may respond. Good luck!

If fire alarm is going off you need to call the fire department if noone lives in there they can still gain access because they are firefighters and it is a fire Alarm!!!

yeah i agree with wats-her-name i think u should complain and if she denies you tell her to try to sleep with it going off for 5 hours strait!!! hope this helpss!!!!!
