I am in search of different ways (detailed) in which a business could recycle their old wooden pallets, aside from an exchange with the provider.
You can anchor it to the pallet itself but that still doesnt keep it from ultimately tipping over. Decide on where you plan on putting it then look to see if you can somehow stabilize it against a wall if your putting it near one. Im sure it will be safe but for extra precaution find someway of bracing it as well.
Sure. I dont think you need to worry about excessive amounts of torque tipping the thing over. It may actually improve the noise quality. I think that mounting it firmly on the concrete would be ideal, but if this is an option you have, then I think it would work.
You buy them on a pallet - that is how they are shipped...bolted to the pallet and then forklifted onto trucks for delivery to stores.
