I am starting to go to my own gym every day and I do push ups (15), bridges, 6kg dumbells, and a machine that helps my arm muscles but I am wondering how I can acheive and good sixpack in not too much timeWhat exercises and tips do I put to use for results? Also good arm muscle exercises are always helpful if anyone knows any! thanks!!
Cotton is not itchy at all Some people also prefer acrylic which is what some paint is made out of A lot of people knit wool sweaters but wool is 1Itchy 2Can felt when washed sometimes and becomes none stretchy and a lot smaller I recommend you use Sugar n Cream cotton or Caron's simply soft
I personally wouldn't use acrylics, they wear out long before the garment doesThere are different types and qualities of woolGo to a decent wool shop and have a feel ;) Wool needn't be itchy, my grandmother uses Patons for baby clothes and they are absolutely snuggly! Cotton can be lovely, but it depends on the garmentMy grandmother knit my daughter a little double breasted cardigan, which has stretched out to about a size 8! She also knit a normal style cardigan, and that hasn't been a problem at allMaybe it's the stitch used and not the style of garment, I don't know.
Well, if $ is no object, Angora, cashmere are incredibly softThere are some fabulous wool yarns out thereAlpaca is extremely soft as is 100% merino woolI've heard the downside to using soft yarns is the pilling factorI've also heard Jameson Shetland Wool is a great yarn for sweaters with cabling patternsIt suppose to soften the more it is washedIf you're looking for quality yarn, skip JoAnn, Michael's (the discount yarn stores) and visit a quality yarn shopI also agree that cotton would not make a good choiceIt stretches out too easilyGood Luck!
The other two answers are correct regarding the cotton and acryilicI was a non-wool person when I started knitting for the same reasonHowever, I've since found out that if you buy a good quality wool you will not experience the same itchinessGo to a yarn store and feel some of the nicer wool yarns and see for yourselfI read in a knitting book that the percentage of people that are actually allergic to wool is extremely smallMost people are just sensitive to the low quality wool which is extra scratchyI now love using wool after years of avoiding it all togetherI'm not sure where you're at, but there's a Canadian wool called Mission Falls 1812 which is really nice, but there are many, many others as wellTry it out.I hope you find what you're looking for :)
Well two things you'll need to add, about 15 minutes on a bike/treadmill/elliptical, make it really intense and fast so you burn the most fat, and as many crunches as you can do then when you can't keep going switch to sit-upsYou need the cardio so you can get your body fat % very, very low, so your muscles will show throughAlso if you don't mind adding in the extra time if your gym has a oblique twist machine, and for these just do about 2 sets for each side of about 10-15 reps.
