I own a 2001 T/A ws6 im thinking of getting the magnaflows 16723. They‘re great looking give plenty of hp and torque. But I wana know what are the stats for the other exhaust and how they sound loud and annoying or loud and deep? Does anyone know?
Magnaflow or Flowmaster will be your best bet. There are a bunch of other ones out there, but they sound extremely raspy and way too loud. Its nice to hear the growl of a LS1, but not when your exhaust is obnoxiously loud. As far as power increases, the exhaust really doesnt open it up that much. On my 00 Z28, I had MAC mid-length headers, off-road Y pipe, no cats, O2 simulators, and a flowmaster catback. It dropped a measley tenth of a second off the 1/4 mile time and I gained about 1 1/2 mph. As far as the sound goes though, the magnaflow sounds great, and I think you'll like it.
