I just bought a wiring harness for my 2004 chevrolet truck to install a dual dvd/cd player and the wiring harness i bought does not have anything written on the wires, and i need to know where each wire needs to go exept for the speaker wires.
Wiring Harness Color Codes
all the colors on the harness you bought should match up with the colors on the harness from the radio. red switched ignition yellow 12v constant black ground white left front positive white/black left front negative grey right front positive grey/black right front negative green left rear positive green/black left rear negative purple right rear positive purple/black right rear negative blue power antenna blue/white amp turn on(remoteAcc) do not use the orange wires they are for illumination and many times they will just cause problems with dash lights in vehicle.
