Question:

What are the operating conditions and conditions of the flowmeter?

What are the operating conditions and conditions of the flowmeter?

Answer:

Working flow refers to the volume flow meter in working temperature, working pressure display, units with mL; scalar flow refers to the flowmeter in standard condition 20 C, 0 C volume flow of an atmospheric pressure, with the general SCCM unit.
The working condition is that the flowmeter does not take the temperature and pressure into account. The standard condition is that the temperature and pressure are involved in the calculation
Because the gas can be compressed gas, the same standard flow conditions, the pressure and temperature in different closed tube, the volume is different, the higher the pressure the smaller the volume flow is small, at a certain temperature with pressure (relative to an atmospheric pressure for gas) flow, usually called flow conditions.
An atmospheric pressure 20 degrees Celsius (0 degrees Celsius in some occasions also used as standard conditions) the gas flow, usually considered standard flow conditions.
