polyethylene sheets... i don't even know what silk screening is but there's a little thing called Google. duh...
Look up Vellum and Silk Screening Supplies.
They are stencils. They might be vinyl, paper, vellum or a material called frisket. Check into almost any arts and crafts store that sells silk screen supplies.
