I looked one up online that is in the middle of downtown, and I could afford it once I start working full-time.I already know it doesn't have a door to separate the bedroom, so if I have people over it might feel a little awkward hearing them at night and having them hear me at night, if anyone sores or talks in their sleepIf I want some privacy while sleeping, I might not get that.I do like how it has plenty of windows and sunlight into the loft during the day and the summerI like how it has a view of downtown once I look out the windowI also think it would be great having a large open space to arrange stuff however you want and not have to worry about doors or too many walls getting in the way of stuff. The building I looked at has stairs and elevators for every floor, so that part's fine.Does anyone live in a loft right now? What do you like and dislike about it?Would you recommend it over a large apartment for the same monthly cost?Do you think I'd be better off renting a house?
Since dietary fiber is found only in plant products (i.e., nuts, whole grains, legumes, fruits and vegetables), these are essential to a healthy dietThe average American falls significantly short of the recommended amount of fiber, consuming on average only 12 - 17 grams per dayThe recommended fiber intake is 20 - 35 grams per day for adults, or 10 - 13 grams for every 1,000 calories in the dietSo, 5 grams is not much for what you need.
Fiber doesn't make you full, it merely causes the body to believe it is fullHowever, eating too much fiber can lead to unfortunate things such as excessive gas and constipation if you don't drink quite a bit of water5 grams of fiber is a fairly healthy amount for a serving.
I used to live in a loft and it was great for us The funny thing is that the previous three tenants had broken their leases earlyThe reason was that they were roommates, not a single or coupleIt became uncomfortable not having the privacy or separated bedrooms, and they eventually moved outMy wife and I loved it because there was not the same need for privacy A loft is not good for anything but a single or couple without children because of the open natureThe other downside is that it tends to be noisier because you can hear the fridge kick on at night and other people if you are trying to sleep But, on the plus side, it is a very fun and creative spaceIf it is right for you, you will love it.
