Question:

what bearings are the best?

and are fast as hell bearingsgood?

Answer:

The best bearing is a new bearing. I have found also that any and all sizes of sealed bearings can be purchased at an electric motor supply store for a very reduced price.
The quality and condition of the surfaces in which the bearings ride is equally as important. This is where you'll find a lot of the cost of expensive hubs and bottom brackets. A good A grade stainless ball is fine used with machined, ground, and polished races and a very minimum of lubricant... just enough to cover the races and bearings. Putting high end bearings into average races will bring you no benefits other than bragging rights.
It really depends what you want the bearings for and what you want them to do. Might I suggest ceramic bearings, or perhaps needle roller bearings. Perhaps taper bearings would be good or those that will run in a vacuum with no lubrication. I've always found traditional bearings to be good up to 175 mph in wheels.(not a cycle wheel.) :-)
