I used All-Glass Aquarium silicone to build my sump. It was purchased at a local fish store.
You want PLAIN silicone sealant. Make sure you dont get one of the 'bathroom sealers' that have mould resisting chemicals added. If it's poisonous to mould it's probably poisonous to fish. Home Depot or any hardware place will have it. Ian
A starter kit like that is a solid decision. this is going to contain each little thing you certainly choose, whether they are no longer the optimal high quality, they'll do the interest and provide help to get a tank up and working efficiently. A small clear out in a extensive tank is high-quality, it in simple terms limits what share fish you may save. you may allways upload a extra ideal clear out later and run 2 filters for precise filtration. extra ideal to start up with a first rate length tank and a small clear out, you may improve filters elementary, yet a small tank is allways a small tank. What the heck is "nano"? Any pure silicone. Let set for 24 hours to cure. Preferably 1 week with water changes before fish can go in.
You could just buy aquarium silicon from the store. I've used GE Silicon II, without any of the stuff for mold/etc. It is just 100% clear silicon. They do not say aquarium safe, but I've never had a problem. I've used it to reseal an entire tank once, and it's on the baffles in my sump as well. I'm not sure if it was Lowes or HD that had it, but it was one of them.
