My ex and I have been divorced for 4 yearsWe have two kids: a daughter, 13 and a son, 15We have had various issues in the past where he has been irresponsible and used very poor judgement where the kids are involvedFor example, 1 1/2 years ago, he left them in the care of his stepson's wife ( approx30 yrs old), who sent her 9 yr old out hunting w/out an adultHe accidentally shot my daughter with a .22 rifle, which caused her to need surgery to rebuild her thumbNew Year's Eve this year, the kids came back from their dad's that afternoonWe did not know my ex had given my son two bottles of toilet bowl cleaner and aluminum foil, which he used to blow up a 2 liter bottle while spending the night at our neighbors' houseThis weekend he sent them with his 17 yr old daughter (who has1 mo old, and who he had not seen or talked to since she was 12, and not since she was 1 before that)She took our son out partyingWhat can I do to stop this from happening again?
You may have to petition the courts to revoke visitation rights as they consitiute child endangerment
