I wear skinny jeans and scene-ish shirts. But what can i do to give me a more scene edge, or look?Like, what accessory's, and shoes and what not.
If they are longer than rollerblades and have cross country bindings and boots, they are roller skis. If they are long rollerblades, than I suppose search there. You'll use the same boots and poles as in cross country skiing, but you'll have a hard rubber tip instead of carbide tip! I have used these to train for skiing, but honestly prefere to cross train without these in the off season. The actual technique and flow is just different enough that I would rather work the same muscles by cross training, including pole or hill bounding (running up hills with the poles).
You could use the other suggestions (hot oil, shampoo,etc..) or if that sounds too expensive you could use a homemade solution that just costs a few bucks or nothing if you have the ingredients. As gross as this may sound use a small jar of mayonnaise and 1/2 an avocado and remove the pit. Then mash with your hands until it's smooth. Then work into hair and cover with a shower cap or plastic wrap to seal in the body heat and then leave on hair for 20 minutes. Wash and shampoo it out. OR if that sounds to gross use A whole avocado and some coconut milk and mash the avocado (remove the pit) and slowly add coconut milk until it feels like hair conditioner work into hair and leave on until it's been 15 minutes and shampoo. If it's really bad (the dryness of your hair) cover with a shower cap or plastic wrap and use a hairdryer on low/med heat for a few minutes to sink it in. Hope this helps!
